Often one of the hardest things to get people to do is to document all their work, whether they are a coder, report writer or systems administrator.  And if you have a number of different people from different organisations working on a project it is even worse.

A Wiki, while far from being the "Holy Grail" can help by providing a single place for all people to update and store content and documentation.

 Based on the use of a Wiki at a number of Wellington SAS Sites, Shane will outline how a wiki can be used to

- improve the visibility of business rules

- document your technical SAS environment

- interact with users through the design phase

- integrate with the SAS metadata server to automatically access technical metadata
