Dear Readers,

"The times they are a-changin'." Not big changes, mind you; just little ones. For instance, we've shortened the name of this newsletter to SAS Tech Report. It's what we call it here at SAS and how many of you reference it in your notes and e-mails to me. So we decided to formally change the name to better match how we speak.

You'll also notice we're now adding content to our subject lines. We hope this will give you a sneak peak at what's inside...and entice you to peruse the newsletter. After all, what good does it do sitting unopened in your inbox?

We're always looking for enhancements and innovative solutions for our customers, so stay tuned. And if you have ideas for this newsletter, please send me a note.

Happy reading!
